01. Discovery
The process begins once you submit an enquiry. I’ll review your details and get back to you within two business days. If a discovery call is needed, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to explore your goals, vision, and the direction you’d like to take. This conversation allows us to align on your needs, ensure the service is the right fit, and set a clear foundation before moving forward.
02. Onboarding
Once we’ve aligned on the direction, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and investment. After approval, a contract will be signed and a deposit made to secure your space in my schedule. You’ll then be welcomed into my client portal, where we’ll gather all relevant files, inspiration, and brand assets in one shared space to keep the process organised.
03. Design
With direction agreed, I begin shaping your design, creating considered concepts that reflect your goals, vision, and aesthetic. We refine the chosen direction together until everything feels aligned and cohesive. From there, your website is built to be responsive, functional, and visually consistent across devices, translating ideas into a thoughtful, working outcome that supports how you want to show up.
04. Delivery & Support
Once everything is finalised and approved, your project is prepared for handover. You’ll receive all relevant files, guides, and access details, giving you clarity and confidence in managing your website or brand moving forward. Support continues beyond delivery, with 30 days of post-launch support to ensure a smooth transition. This allows space for any questions, minor adjustments where needed, or guidance as you step into the next phase of your brand or business.
